Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Certain items are non-returnable (see below)
To start a return, please contact us at support@luxcarrt.com. We’ll provide instructions and a return address if your request is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, grooming products) for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@luxcarrt.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item(s), and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
